I'm kinda surprised you are going with a lower gear than 5.13 for 40s. Do they even make anything lower? Lol 5.13s and 37s would put you In pretty much the exact same rpm range at 70 as I will be with 4.56s and 35s. That's not as bad as I thought it would be really. Are you still shooting to be done by the 4th? Lol

5.13 will be about factory for 40s, 5.13 is the lowest you can go on these axles too lol.
I can't wait until I can find a cheap used set of 33s.. rolling burnouts! And yes still shooting to be done soon, I'm going on a ride on the 10th and would really like to take my hunk of ****

Lol good luck man I hope you get it done by then. What else does it need? If I wasn't trying to sell my 33s I would roast them off once I regear lol.

Pretty sure I'm gonna do 4.56s if I go with 35s. There's a small possibility I'll do 37s but I doubt it. They arnt to much more expensive than 35s but it would probably look goofy on just a body lift. Summer semester ends a week from today so then I'll go back to full time so I'm hoping to have the tires and gears mid August

If you do body, crank the bars and toss a 3" block in the back it'd look fine, you'd have to run stock wheels and trim the valance though. As long as you don't off road and stick with a 12.50 I doubt you'd run into serious issues with the 37s, you would be at about 5" of lift. I personally like having my extra room because I manage to still bounce the tires into the fenders a bit, cracked the plastic liners on both sides lol

I was thinking an AAL and crank the bars to the max safe measurement. I sold my stock wheels so that's not really an option. I'll probably just stick with 35s for a while. I may throw some spacers on at some point to, idk yet. I only take the truck on the beach like once a year and it will see a few light trails during deer season.
