What do you mean by "fully function"? My Jensen works Great with my Droid 4 in terms of playing music via bluetooth as well as calling. WHat are you looking to be able to do with it?

Sorry, not a great pic. The previous owner installed an appradio 1. I have an android phone so most functions don't work for me. I did install something called appradio + so I can at least use navigation. Blue tooth calls and regular radio work too, I just can't play music from my phone or use any apps.
