Coil B, primary/secondary coil malfunction. PO352. Sounds like #2 cop bit the dust or the wiring at #2 is messed up. I've seen both ways, but usually its in the cop. Sometimes corrosion on the tower, arc at the boot, or just a bad coil will all cause the same problem. Switch #1 and #2 coils, clear the codes and drive it. See if the same code sets or if P0351 sets this time. If it sets P0351, then you know its the coil setup. Good luck

Why wouldn't it cause a misfire code on that cylinder out of curiosity?

It is. It told you that the coil at that cylinder is malfunctioning in cylinder B,(2). Codes set for different reasons. A faulty reading can throw another sensor into reading incorrectly for enough time to set a code that otherwise wouldn't of set at all. For the time it takes, I'd do the cop switch out. At least you'd know. If it didn't change, then you know that the wiring to that cylinder (B) is somehow damaged or exposed, setting off the code also. You've got it isolated to #2, currently, so go from there.

Turns out one of the coil packs wasn't bolted down tight.. new engine runs so smooth... Better then the first day I bought it.. looks like all the PIA work was worth it

Glad to hear that all turned out well. At least it was at the coils. Enjoy the new power.
