Any ideas on supercharging?

Maybe a silly question, the 4.6 headers fit a 5.4 right?
Edit: just found the 5.4 turbo headers. That's exactly what I've been looking for. Been googling for a while and never came across that site. Thanks buddy.

I'm not reading through all the arguing bs to see if you decided what to do or not.
My opinion on it, if the truck is healthy, rust free and reliable, do it. Just skip all the "supercharger kit" bs unless its a full build. A lightning blower swap, with all the parts, will be anywhere from $1500-$2500. It depends on if you piece it together or buy a full swap off someone that doesn't have the time or will to finish it. In my opinion, and others may think differently, a truck of this age is too old to toss a $5k whipple or something on without a built or atleast refreshed engine because to up the boost to the point of making more power than an Eaton blower you're risking something going wrong

Most people make the mistake of working front to rear. I know I have several times over. My suggestion is always, Work from the rear to the front, saving the most expensive and final build for your engine. There's nothing worse than blowing through rear ends and transmissions and other parts piece by piece.

Sure, ain't no problem at all. But if we counting the number of L swaps I helped people with info ithe number is a lot higher than 3, on top of all the Ls & HDs I have worked on.

Scarrwarce, looks like you have stirred the pot here by asking a legit question. IMHO if you have the money to do something you want to do, just get on with it and do it. I think supercharging a truck could be a cool thing, realizing you will have to spend a lot of $$ upgrading the rest of your drivetrain in the process. Did you have the SC installed?
