Yeah don't start a bunch of threads about the same thing that's an idea.

Imho, and i am a purist, unless you are going to race this truck on a frequent basis,or you are going to make a show truck out of it, dont waste your time or money. Drive your truck and enjoy it !

I do enjoy my truck but I still feel like it needs more umph if ya know what I mean.

No, mine is an 03 lariat s-crew 5.4/auto w/6600 tow pkg.@ 155k.- runs good, plenty of power for everything i use it for.
If your pulling a trailer or you live at extreme altitudes, then a turbocharged diesel would be a better match.
Imho, when you start adding equipment, you open a bag of possible problems. Accessory drives, accessory locations, intake ducting/routing, fuel management, pcm compatability,just to name a few.
If you have the tools, the fabrication experience,and the time,- go for it. To pay a speed shop to do it could possibly exceed the value of the truck.

Yeah, I do all the work on my truck myself. I would love a diesel but can't afford one lol.
