I put my new leaf springs in, but I noticed that with the old leaf springs, the E-brake cable was going over the leaf springs and it was really tight. To get the new ones in I have to put it to the side, but the tire is over there. My questions are, as it sits right now is this safe? If not should I zip tie it (loosely so things can move) around the leaf springs?
