Default Another Torsion Question

I recently picked up a 03 supercrew fx4 after my 04 3v crapped out on me (What a pos engine). Anyway, its bone stock from an old man so it in great shape but looked a little too grandpa-ish for me so I order a set of 295 70 17 cooper's and had the intention of cranking up the t-bars. I got under the truck to check it out and the driver side torsion bar bolt is screwed in at least 3/4" more than the passenger side bolt yet when you look at the truck the front end is equal heights on the passenger and driver side. Is this normal or is something worn out? It has the factory rancho shocks with 180k but it still rides great!

Yep they were compensating for the fuel tank and driver weight that would eventually bring down that side.
