Default Another spark plug Question

Hey yall i have a 2001 screw w/ the 5.4 and was wonderin what yall think about doin the plugs yourself or just payin someone to change them .. and i was wonder at how many miles yall change them cuz my truck has 65k and was wondering if its too early?? i normally do all the maint myself but after reading lots of treads im kinda scared. Oyea and i was thinkin about gettin the tranny flushed .. its only gunna run 80 what do yall think?

Mine got changed around 35k so they could be checked and anti-sieze could be applied to the new ones. Labor runs $2-350 plus plugs. PM me if you want a good write up on how to do it.

Could you send me the writeup you were talking about for the plugs? It looks like a straight forward job to me, the back to plugs look like they could take a minute more... anything "special" I need to know about? Also, what do you gap yours to? I'm coming from a Mustang to the F150, so its a little different in a few aspects

Haha, I was told I was going to be here about a year ago, after they wanted to give me a nice vacation to a ****hole in Korea for a year!

they r decently easy to change i would get the dual split prong non adjust gap bosche and not the split single . do this with a cold block
