Default Another 4WD question

Hey everyone. I engaged my 4WD yesterday in our first snowfall, and I have a rumbling coming from what sounds like the driver's front wheel. It sounds similar to a bad bearing, and goes away when I put it back in 2.

Any ideas?

2002. But I just replaced the hubs maybe 15k miles ago with quality replacements.

Actually it was just over a year ago, so probably about 10K.

Yea, jack it up, cram your knee under the tire when you get it the air, - take the weight of the wheel off it. Check for slop 12/6 o'clock and 3/9. Check it real good, sometimes you to muscle for it to shift or click.
