99 E150. Also forgot to mention, that I paid a fancy mobile mechanic to diagnose. He came up with the same things I did. He advised me to change the ) O2 sensors, which I did. No change. Also, changed the IAC. Nada.

You need a new mechanic.
O2 codes are almost never an O2 sensor issue, it is a sign of something else.
Looking at your posts, I see you have the 4.2, which is known to have issues with the intake manifold o-rings leaking, causing lean codes.
