My airbag light just came on the other day. My cruise control has been out for a while now, I'm not sure about the horn, but what is the connection between the three?

 

i know yours is i was talking about boti i read somewhere that if the cruise and horn dont work that the clock spring was bad. Sorry for not being clear

 

 

i had the airbag light changed back in september. it started when my heater core went out so i took it to the dealership, when i picked it up it was making these beeping sounds every couple of seconds... somehow my airbag light in the dash misteriously burnt out and my passenger airbag no longer worked when i got my truck back from ford.. i think they might have messed up something when pulling the dash off to replace the heater core and are just tryin to squeeze some more money out of me.. and no my key cannot turn the airbag on or off
