Hey all, I need some HELP! I have a 2002 Ford F150, 6 cyl. No mods or anything. It's just a daily commuter. I have a noticable vacuum leak on the air intake manifold. I have removed all the bolts in the plastic upper intake. The bad thing is, it looks like it wants to come out, but the firewall will not let it come up enough to come out. Ther is only a few inches to lift it up, and when it seems close to coming out, it hangs up in the lower intake. I know this is a common problem, so I know there is someone who knows the trick to it.
