Default Air intake clamp

Does anybody know the official name for the clamp shown in this picture? Mine is warped and I need to replace it.

Default A Simpler Fix:

Don't replace the clamp; take some mandrels and a small hammer and knock the thing back in shape.

Unfortunately, it the cheap latch on the clamp. I have tried reshaping it, but it doesn't want to hold. I am thinking of removing the latch and just using wire ties since I only ever open it to replace the filter.

Well for now I use wire ties and they seem to be holding nice and snug.

Default No worries

It is called the "Engine Air Box Clamp" per the Fordparts website. It is a factory/dealer part and costs around $30.
