air filter question

If I don't have a air filter in my inlet tube but everything else is in place could it throw a bank 1&2 lean codes?

Why would there be a filter in the inlet tube?

Please tell me you mean inlet tube and not intake hose.

If you have no filter on your air intake you're in for trouble and need to get a filter ASAP. Like, drive a different vehicle to the auto parts store to buy it, ASAP.
