Check you seat belt wire connectors for a loose wire. I get conflicting answers on 33 being the drivers side or passengers side. Most say 33 is drivers, some say 33 is passenger. I don't remember personally, so if it was me, I'd check the connectors to the seat belts on both sides. It takes only a minute and could be the answer to your problem. It seems that is a connection, since this code is for that. Good luck.
