Aiming Headlights

My son left on a road trip immediately after I installed aftermarket headlights. He called to say that they are aimed too low. Can you adjust the "wheels" without removing the whole headlight assembly ?

Lisle wrench for headlight adjustment of Ford lights. Amazon sells them. Should be able to hook onto the screws with the ratcheting wrench.

Yep that is what I got. At a local auto parts.
