Have you thought about maybe making the brake work? I would have to really get into the gas on mine for it to move when the park brake is applied.

Just put it line with the ebrake light switch from the ebrake assy. It will beep as long as the light is on. Go off when the lever is pulled. Simple add on.

... I believe the brake light switch on my daughter's F150 is up under the dash behind the e-brake mount, which is a bear to get to, and even if i change the switch, I don't think it will stop my daughter from ignoring the light on the dash. So I was thinking of rigging up some kind of buzzer to let my daughter know the e-brake is on. I am guessing my daughter will not want the buzzer on while listening to the radio so I am pretty sure this would get her to release the brake. I could also use an e-brake buzzer on my wife's car for the same reason. I looked a bit on the internet and couldn't find anything soIi thought I would ask around to see if anyone knows of something for sale, or if anyone has had a similar problem. Anyone have any suggestions?
Check the switch and maybe just clean it with electrical contact cleaner.
But I do agree with@akdoggie , a buzzer on that switch (once working correctly all the time) would fix the issue, as well as making a ground cutoff to the radio so it would not work if the brake is applied.

Thanks folks!. My daughter just seems willing to drive with the e-brake on, especially since Dad does the brake job and the brake pads from Auto-zone are guaranteed for life. As for my wife, well, I've been paying since the day I said "I Do" 34+ years ago. I guess I'm hoping to get a buzzer installed that will be so LOUD when they start the car (with the e-brake on) that they won't be able to hear the radio so they will be forced to release the e-brake. Just wanted something simple to rig-up to the e-brake pedal itself that goes off if you start the car with the e-brake depressed.

I would wire it in to the shift interlock. So it won't come out of park with the E-brake on
