Default Ac compressor compatibility

Would an ac compressor from a 03 5.4 be compatible with an 03 4.2?

Agreed. I personally don't recommend using a used compressor anyway. You can get a brand new Denso for about 120 dollars on Rock Auto.

Yea, if you can get it that cheap, might as well get a new one. They are at least $75 used around here.
