Hey guys. has anyone added AC to a 2003 or related F150? It's a great truck with only 34k miles but the lack of air is becoming an issue with the wife.

Oh my! You are in trouble. A truck with no AC and a wife who likes her comfort.
Adding AC is a pretty formidable undertaking and best done by a pro, and the expense will be considerable....you might be better off to trade the rig for one with AC already installed.
