So I have a new to me 1997 4x4 5.4L. The guy I bought it from said occasionally the ABS activates when doing normal breaking. No big deal I thought, I replaced the rear ABS sensor but it will still activate from time to time. I do know that the driver side rear wheel cylinder leaks when the parking brake is on but other than that everything else is ok. No lights on the dash no other issues. Any thoughts or ideas? Someone had told me I could pull a fuse and deactivate the abs, anybody ever do this?
