Default ABS Light Question and more--Please read and help

Hi all. I'm new to the forum (see introductions). I am having an abs light nightmare (we'll not really). Anyway, here is the story. ABS light on. Replaced front rotors, pads, and cleaned sensors. They did have metal shavings on them. Replace rear sensor on top of differential. ABS light still on. Could it be a short? Please help. It is driving me crazy.

I also have an intermittent odometer. But, I understand that is an issue with this model and have seen the post on how to fix it.

Two last things. The truck runs well and looks good. How many miles might I expect out of it. Right now it has 158K.
Would you put any money into it with mods. And, if so what would be the first thing you would do?

Thanks so much in advance.
Sam

The best thing to do it take it to the dealer and have them check the computer.

Okay, code (actual code did not get) said rear abs sensor and short to ground. I replaced the rear abs sensor. How might I find the other?
