ok so my light came on about a month ago and i just added fluid and then it went off and now it poped on again... any ideas. my brakes feel spungy but i just got new pads on the front... would the abs light come on if there was air in the systems and what else could it be?

 

Is the fluid low again? Does the light come on and stay on or does it go off and come back on when you start to drive?

 

no fluid is full... bleeded the brakes again today and some air was in the lines but then also i got some brake cleaner and cleaned the back side where road grim was built up and also inspected the hub bearings... other then that i looked for the abs lines in the front and no lines other then the calaper line was present and i took a good look at it.... but what i was wondering was is there a abs sensor on the rear... see i have a 99 v6 XL and with disk in the front and drums in the rear...
