+1 on that. Changed mine out and it went off.

I think it was $9 from my local auto parts store.

Normally I'm a "diagnose the problem instead of throwing money at it" kind of person, but for $9 it was worth simply eliminating that part as a possibility.

 

Some of the cheaper scanners don't read ABS codes

 

Anyone have an idea about an ABS light still on after changing the rear ABS diff. sensor. The codes have cleared along with the light until restart. Now is has a memory code. Do I need to drive it a certain amount of miles until it resets the memory??
This is a 2007 F150 Lariet 5.4 2WD
