Unhook the negative side of the battery for 15-30 min.

I already did that. Just wanted to know if it would have gone away by itself. I hope it doesnt come back on!

FYI, Lean codes are ones that are stored for 20 ignition cycles before throwing a CEL. If you have access to a code reader from AutoZone, et al, they use decent Actron ones that DO show pending codes. If they show none, then you've got it licked!
