Default 98 power lock problem

Hello, I have a 98 f150 standard cab. I bought it about 2 years ago and every since I’ve had it pretty much every works, except the power unlock. The windows go up and down and the doors even lock, but they don’t unlock. I’m not an electrical guy so I thought I would put this out to see if anyone had any ideas. Thanks!

Yes, it on both sides, the switches are still good. I check them with the multimeter.

Could be that the actuators have failed. I had to replace both on Red,

Thanks, would the lock still work and not the unlock if it were actuators?

This is exactly how mine behaved and new actuators fixed the problem. I think the linkages etc. require more force to unlock than to lock, so they fail in one direction as they weaken with age.
