Default 98 Part #s for replacement

Throwing a misfire in cylinder 4, and need to perform some maintenance on this vehicle I've recently acquired. I can feel the misfire when accelerating from normal 'cruising' speed that's about it, slight stumble.

1998 - 4.6L - 2WD

Part# I need:
- Ford/Motorcraft Coil on Plug Part #
- Ford/Motorcraft Spark Plug Part # (& What is proper gap?)
- Ford/Motorcraft Plug Wires Part #
- Engine Air Filter Part #
- Is their an in-line fuel filter on the frame or only in tank?
- Hose in picture

Any other suggestions for general maintenance?
Do different air intakes increase mpg or hp worth their cost/time?

Ford doesn't have these or are you just lazy lol. Can't look in owners manual...is it missing? Yea your going to have to learn how to do this at some point. I'd download your owners manual if your without, you can do that at a Ford site under Ford Fleet, don't have the link handy.

Well, I'll give you tip e bay for coils , but get Motorcraft only DG508. But use the manual for the other stuff. Type in the part# and you get the updated number. Perhaps others have some links handy. Rock Auto is a pretty good online site...Napa as well, - Good luck

I don't have a manual or I wouldn't have asked

Amazon returns a bunch of part #s that I thought were correct motorcraft and then went on to tell me they won't fit my year/make/model/trim.

Everyone on these forums says use OEM/Ford/motorcraft but then doesn't show a part #. I'd rather not go to a ford dealership or pay the dealership prices, and that's why I posted asking for specific part #s for what I'm replacing. I will be ordering all online as driving to auto parts, dealerships and similar stores is a long drive.

Thanks on the advice on where to find the manual, I'll do that and try it for part#

If you head over to RA they are good with year specific part #'s. RA is here (link below) , just look up your model year and engine and hit the part. They usually supply all Motorcraft part numbers current, along with 3rd party options. One of the best on line -

Thanks!

Only part I can't find is the "hose" picture I forgot to upload

It's the GAS / FUEL ABG hose for emissions (rear of engine to sensor?valve? on firewall)

I searched abg, and emissions hose and nothing... ideas?

Looks like this: https://www.amazon.com/F75z9d289aa-T.../dp/B0042HHE4M

Also for ball joints and TRE are MOOG still considered > Motorcraft in this case?
They're what I'm used to using and being top quailty.

Emissions is difficult to find. Dealership or e bay. Hard to find that stuff on Amazon even.

Google that and search e bay as well.

Only MOOG are top quality, - Motorcraft not so much. MOOG problem solver series.

Thanks!
#2 it is. I found it on amazon but from 3rd-party seller so not 100% it's the FORD hose pictured, may order it and see since amazon is good about fraud sellers trying to sell branded but then not.

Do you think it's worth trying this hose replacement FIRST before doing any coil / spark plug related stuff?
Could it be causing the code / misfire in #4? The hose is severely cracked all over.
