Alright I know everyone has lights that stop working once and a while on there dash boards but my top two bulbs (light 50-60 mph on the dash) have gone out and will not come back on. Brand new bulbs and I testes them so they do work. I believe it's the paper looking sheet on the back that has some bad spots on it causin the bulbs to not get power.. Anyone know where I can get a new one of those paper looking sheets or how to fix that one

I don't know if will help but try refinishing every ground connection you have. Clean them good and even use a thin coating of grease on them as you tighten them.
Bad grounds are the cause of many problems.
