Plenty of parts needed. If you're getting them used,You'll need the complete assemblies at the wheels, rear hoses/line assemblies from axle and both rear brake cables.

What about swapping the entire axle?? Someone put an Expedition (I assume) axle under my 02 prior to my buying it. I assume my 02 was discs from the factory, but I don't know that for certain. What I DO know is that the truck now has huge rear brakes. The rotors will not clear the stock 16" rims. My truck has 17" rims on it, also from an Expedition. Swapping the entire axle might be easier if you could find one out of salvage with decent mileage on it. That way, you'd have most (if not all) parts to do the swap. There maybe a few issues, the rear ABS sensor for example, but these can be overcome with some creative wiring.
