Default 97 4x4 Recommendations

Hey peoples.... I'm a Rangerholic I must admit, so if you have any questions let me know..but still a 150 fan.. while my Ranger undergoes a SAS and picked up a 97 150 4.6 4x4 auto ext cab.

- My question is, would the 01 style grill , and bumper/valance bolt up to the 97 directly. ??

- Also, whats the max lift vs the recommended lift I can get outa my torsion bars on this truck without trashing the front end?? For instance, I can get 3" on a Ranger but dont recommend more than 2"

- Finally, what else do you guys recommend?? I cant drop a ton of $$ on this project until its paid off first 15 months from now, so cheap mods please lol

The 01 is the same gen and the header panel/ grille and bumper will bolt up. (the mount on the bumper side is different though so make sure you get one with ur bumper)

99-03 bumpers will bolt up to a 97/98. Not just 01's.

As for the t-bar lift, 2 inches is about as much as you want. Any more and you will create problems with ur cv's.

Gotts mod.
I think it's like 10 bucks and it gives a little better throttle response.
