I have a 97 2wd Supercab the I purchased that had blocks on the rear leaf springs. I removed the blocks but there are some angle shims on the bottom of the springs. I am not 100 percent sure they are supposed to be there. All the pics I have seen do not have them. I dont want to mess up my pinion angle. If anyone could look at theirs I would appreciate it.

 

If the blocks were the same height, front and rear, the angle shims where used to correct the pinion angle with the blocks in place.

 

Thats what is weird. The blocks were tapered and these were on the smaller end like they were trying to make them flat. I looked at another 97 but it was 4wd so it had factory blocks so wasnt really any help.
