93 Ford f150XL v6 Muffler Suggestions?
Hey guys ive got a 93 Ford F150XL v6 4WD no cats and im looking for a good deep sounding muffler. As close as i can get to a v8 sound rumble if possible.
I was looking into the flowmaster super 40 delta flow delta series. I heard it has a deep tone to it. And that they sound better over time. But also heard that flowmasters tend to drone bad depending on the vehicle you have. I also heard you loose hp. Is this true? I wouldnt want it to sound raspy. I heard people said v6s tend to do that.
I dont know too much about the magnma flow. Ive heard good things about it. What do yall sugggest?
Thanks.

I6 is what I was thinking, too.
Put a quiet muffler on it and been done with it. Lots of guys try to make a I6 sound like a V8 by sticking on this or that muffler. It doesn't fool anyone. Usually, it sounds like a fart resonating off the bottom of a bathtub.
