I know I'm saying the 32v 5.4 and the 16v 5.4 is the same block or no?

Yes they are the same block. I thought about doing the swap at one time, but didnt want to get rid of my headers. If I ever get the time or the extra cash flow, I think my next engine will be a 6.8. I'm currently looking for a 05-07 F250 ECLB with a 3v V10.

What about as far as gains 32v cam or tfs cams?

Depends. 32v cams dont fit in 2v heads. So I personally would go with a built and cammed 32v on a built and cammed 2v.

Oh ok so would it be a lot cheaper to keep my heads and drop new cams on her and still see some mean gains?
