the fx4 rims are 17 inches, stiffer rancho shocks, skid plate, and I believe it also has a sleeker body style

I have a 2001 Screw 4x4, can I just add things off of a 2001 fx4 such as the skid plates? that's the main thing I'm going for without buying performance accesories.
