Default 4x4 Question

So my 4x4 isn't working and last night I was looking at it trying to figure out what was wrong. I was looking at the little actuator arm on the front dif and it would seem that it is not moving.

So I traced back the vent and power line from the dif and the axle only to find that the vent line just ends. It is about 2 feet long and then it is just a loose end. This doesn't seem right but I don't know to much about it.

Anyone know where this should plug in or what should be attached to the other end of the vent line?

Anyone know an online parts finder that I could use to look at a schematic?

those " vent " lines are vacuum line that are suppose to run up to a solenoid on the firewall behind the battery, start from there and work down, bet you'll find the other end
