been reading about how durable the 4R70W transmission but Nothing on the transfercase. I'm going to get my 4R70W rebuilt sooner than later and I'm wondering if the transfercase is a weak link. anybody now about these tranfercases.?

As far as tcases go they do the job. Depends on what your plans are for the truck. Got 347xxxkm on mine still works fine. The only thing I don't like about it is the slip yoke isn't on the drive shaft.
