I have a 1997 F150 with a 4.6 that has a misfire on the #4 and #7 cylinders. I have done the normal things like replace plugs, coil and wires but still there. The injectors all have power and are working; any ideas? The trouble code say there is a misfire-that was obvious.

 

How many miles and how long on the fuel filter ?

 

I just bought the truck so I have no clue on the filter, but the truck has 160K
