Got a question my friends co worker is selling a set of gears 4.56 that he was gonna install in his 00expedition i was wondering if these would fit on my or are the axels different between expeditions and f-150

if you have the 4.6 then you prolly have the 8.8 rear the front is always 8.8 so yeah it should work if it is for the 8.8

If your truck is a 4.6 then you have the 8.8, if your truck is the 5.4 then you have the 9.75" rear. I think the Expeditions all had the 8.8? don't quote me on that one..

Well if their for a 9.75ill just take the 9.75 off my other ford and swap it into my toy

Expeditions had the 9.75 rear and an 8.8 front...

If you swap your truck from an 8.8 to a 9.75 you will have to shorten your drive shaft
