Default 4.2 Tuner recommendations?

Can someone recommend a tuner for my 97 4.2.
I need to squeeze a little bit of power out of it and I do not know much about tuners.

I like when things are cheap but I know cheaper means ****ty product. So if you know of one that is cheap but does a decent job please note that.

Thanks everyone!

A dyno tune won't net much more than a custom tuned handheld. Look into the SCT x3 from PHP, Troyer, 5star, or VMP for the best gains at a decent price.

If i'm not mistaken, SCT is the only one that makes a tuner for the 97-03 4.2's, so I 3rd Otto.
