I have a wrecked 2002 F150 with a 4.2 and a auto.
I just bought a 1998 F150 with a 4.2 and a 5 speed that has a rod nock, can i put the 2002 long block in the 1998.
What is the difference
any help i could get would be great

It will work, but also take the computer from the 2002. the 2002 has a little less hp and torque than the 98, but its very little.
