Can I run 35's on a stock 99 Xlt 2wd. Sits stock. I will be getting pro comp Xtremes probly.

I don't think any amount of reasonable trimming will help you fit 35s

Well on my old 2wd truck I had a 3 inch body lift and could barely clear 33s with no valance

You need atleast a spindle lift and body lift to remotely even think about 35's.
