Default 35" tire

What is the best size rim for a 35" tire? This is also a dd, which tires would you recommend that aren't to aggressive but big an wide like a radial? thanks

The best size rim depends on the tire width, any of the tire manufacturers will state a recommended width to run with that size tire. And it sounds like you want an all terrain. There's alot of good ones out there if you search around a bit you will find everyones opinion on each. BFG, dick cepek, Nitto are some of the big names that will pop up.

my nitto terra grapplers are aggressive but don't look overly aggressive.... they ride pretty good and don't have much road noise

Any wheel that is at least 10" wide. I wouldn't go any smaller. That's just me. I'm a big fan of the Toyo AT's and MT's. The AT is a awesome tire and MT is aggresive but very streetable. If you're easy on the gas you can pull 65k from them. They aren't too loud either. Not to mention they look super sexy on the right wheel. Just my 2 bits.

+1 for the TOYO AT or MT. That's what was on my truck (AT) previous to my new Goodyear Wrangler DuraTracs, and my buddy swears by them for his Jeep (MT). I'm still new to the DuraTracs, but i'm loving them so far.
