Default 33" tires

Looking for a good cheap tire around 33"...currently I have 255 75 17...just want something a little beefier but don't want to break the bank. Any suggestions? I don't really do any offroading but would like an a/t tire for snow...

I got 265/75-16 Load E rated Hankook ATM's (my current tire) for $164 a piece a few years ago. Personally I think it is an equivalent to the BFG AT. Got them with discount but did a lot of shopping around to get the best price. www.discouttiredirect.com has better prices than www.discounttire.com (same company) and any discount store will match the price...or Discount Tire Direct will just ship the tire to the Discount tire store for you.

The tires I have are bfg mud terrains and are probably 80% tread or so, so unless I can sale them or make a trade it will be a while before I can get new tires but just getting a head start on prices...I have 255 75 17 currently and just want something bigger...

I have tried both the tires you mentioned and I think the hankooks are better! They lasted longer and were just as good off road. But I drive a ton of gravel! And the hankooks were cheaper.
How do they work for you on a 2wd zap?

My boss has hankook at-m's on his super duty. I think stock on those is around a 32-33 right??? I have 33x10.50 bfg at's. His last longer, are quieter, smoother, better on road, and dont pack florida sand off road like mine do.

Stock on a superduty depending what wheels he has are around 31-32" . My 07 came with 275/75/18s if I remember correctly . Had 345/55/22s when I got rid of it tho! Lol
