my first truck was a 2000 f150 4x2 4.6 i had- 24lbs injectors, cai intake, underdrive pulleys, e-fans and a performance tune. and i was smoking mustangs gt's left and right o also 4:10 gears. also i raced a lightning at the 1/4 mile and i took it buy a nose but it was stock. i can only imagine what kind of power i would get out of this 5.4

well idk i didnt do to my first f150 but i have been told that it should be done when upgrading the injectors..... then again i dont know if the people have told me exactly knew what they were talking about lol..... sadly one those people was my dad lol
