i just bought a used 302 motor for 200 im gonna slowly rebuild cause i dont need it right away as im waiting for my 4.6 to blow up but ive heard that these EFI 302 motors will bolt up to the 4r70w. i know this swap has been done before by another guy on one of the other threads but i cant get a hold of him. and i need some questions answers Will the 302 bolt up to the 4R70W?, is there a TCM on the 1998 f150s or do they just run off the PCM?, and how will i get the TAC on the Dash to work? everthing else i know. and i dont want to hear its not worth is cause i only paid 200 for this motor and ill probably only put another 1500 (probably less) into and itll have more power than the 4.6. but the most money ill spend is on the tranny as its about time for a rebuild anyway.
