Default 3 codes, how do i fix them?

Hey y'all I finally got the codes pulled, ford wanted 60$ but advanced did it for free haha. But these are the codes:
P0401- egr flow insufficient
P0171- bank one system to lean
P0174- bank two system to lean

Egr would be easy to replace right? But the lean things I don't what to do. Thanks guys!

Clean the throttle body, IAC, and EGR system then look for vacuum leaks while you're putting stuff back together.

My truck threw a bank two lean code every six months and so I took it to a mechanic and he said its really weird for only one bank to run lean. He cleaned my maf and it hasn't done it again.

Clean the throttle body. DO NOT use carb cleaner, use air intake and throttle body cleaner, these throttle body have a special coating inside that normal carb cleaner will tear up. Sound like both your EGR tubes are clogged. A good cleaning of the throttle body assembly should do the trick
