Default 2WD spindle scoring

Just got this 98 and am replacing front rotors (outside of L rotor ground down to almost nothing!), calipers, pads, hoses, bearings. Found this spindle scoring which I'm guessing is from metal shavings from the rotor?

The new bearings seem to fit snugly so am hoping the spindle is still usable, in spite of the wear?

Thanks!

If you have a micrometer check the journal diameter(s) of the scored area against an area where the bearing does not contact. Check to see if the diameters are out of round. The marks do not seem to be deep at all. The rough section in the center between the journals is non functional and the grooves are machining marks.
