Oh yeah! They are 100% bolt on stuff. It shouldn't be hard. But until I get um from the UPS man tomorrow, I'm in the garage fixing the Honda Rancher 350! Deer season is right around the corner and I gotta be ready lol.

Anyway, my driver side spindle was shot, and I contacted Ford to get a new one and the price was outrageous for the OEM part. $481.99 just for 1 driver side knuckle/spindle. Rough Country out of Tennessee offers a pair of 3.5in lift spindles designed to Level up the 2WDs with the rear, and make for better clearance and smoother ride and are priced at $299.00 for the pair. I'm basically benefitting from this option, and this post solved my problem, as well as will give me a better look/ride in my truck! Basically if you can hold out for the part, I would recommend it! The parts ship the same day you order them.
The front will sit a good bit higher unless you put like 2" rear blocks

It takes 2" to level these truck out about .5" nose high so 3.5" would put you way nose up

I measured mine and it sits 3" lower in front. Maybe my front springs are weak then. Hmm.

No prob but yeah I think U still guna want atleast 1" blocks with that spindle lift. I'm running 5.5" front and rear and I sit 43.5" fender to ground front and rear and my truck has never been overloaded or even close to max weight

Well my spindles are on order from Rough Country. They should be here Thursday ready for my install. But yeah either way my truck will level out Fairly nicely. I had my dad check my measurements before I ordered them. Mine as well is a 4.2L and from center hub to center wheel well is 18.5in and from the center cap to center wheel well in the back is 22.5 so it should look really good when I'm done.

I used to have a lifted 1997 f150 2wd and I lifted it with the rough country 3.5'' spindle lift. I never had one problem with it and had the lift on there over 4.5 years and it was still on there when I sold it. If you just put the spindles in the front you will sit pretty high in the front if you don't put any blocks in the rear. I put 2'' blocks in the rear because that's what the kit came with at the time and it made it sit high in the rear again, which I couldn't stand. So I added a 1.5'' daystar spacer to the front and 3'' blocks in the rear(I removed the 2'' blocks) which made it sit perfectly level, maybe just a very tiny bit nose high. I was running 285-75-16s at the time and that gave it a perfect height off of them imo. If your wanting to stick with a smaller tire though, a 1 inch tall block in the rear should be close to making it perfectly level. Also installation was pretty straight forward and easy. Also mine was a 4.2 as well and besides being a little sluggish on takeoff it ran just fine. Nothing a quick pedal to the floor couldn't fix. haha

So my truck won't sit fairly level? I'm just wondering why it wouldn't when I took measurements at 18.5in front and 22.5 back? If my math serves me right I should only be off by an inch maybe a half inch depending on the shocks.
