Hi Everyone -

I hope someone can help me. I recently purchased a 2003 with only 52K on it! It's in great shape. I only have 2 problems with it. In gear I'm occasionally hearing a metal against metal rattle. Would that be the converter shield? My Ranger did that and the exhaust guy just took it off. The other problem I'm having is when you close the driver's side door with the window down there is another kind of rattle. Would it be the electric window motor hitting the glass? Thanks for any help in advance.

 

Have you climbed under there and seen if you have anything visibly loose?
Have you takin the door panel off and tried to duplicate the sound?
