2003 F150 Cruise control
I recently purchased a 2003 F150 to upgrade from my 97 of 12 years. I noticed the cruise control was not working so I started troubleshooting.
I went through the self test and received 3 flashes after the test. I replaced the deactivation switch on the master cylinder and still get the same results.
I did notice when I did the self test a vibration occurred after pressing the resume button like something was kicking in. I have not been able to trace it to what moved.
Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for the advice. I checked the cable and all is good, but I did start researching the clicking during the test and found out the ABS HCB was the culprit. Everytime I hit resume the ABS HCS would grind. Would that be a sign of a bad ABS control? Is there a better test to confirm if it is bad?
