The blower speed on my 2003 F-150 standard AC has a dead spot. The speed does not change between the 2nd and 3rd position. The resistor checks OK. How do I remove the blower speed control switch? thanks in advance for any help.

 

You need to determine with a voltmeter where the fault lies. There will be power in and power out of the resister. If power in, stops at high or 3rd, its the switch, if output stops at high or 3rd, its the resister. Hope this helps.
